Plastic Pallets

Nestable pallets fit inside one another when empty, cutting return freight and storage footprint dramatically — the right pick for one-way and export shipments. Stackable pallets have a solid or grid bottom deck so loaded pallets block-stack on each other in floor storage. Rackable (heavy-duty, reinforced) pallets are engineered to bridge open racking beams and carry load unsupported — the only style rated for selective racking. Choose by how the pallet is stored and moved; each product page states dynamic, static and (where applicable) racking load.

Common export footprints include 1200×1000 mm, the Euro 1200×800 mm, 1100×1100, 1100×1000, 1300×1000 and 1200×1200 mm, in flat-deck and grid (vented) deck, nine-leg and runner bases. Most are four-way entry for forklift and hand-pallet-truck access. Each product page lists exact L×W×H and CBM.

Ratings are quoted two ways: dynamic (load carried while the pallet is moving on a forklift or truck) and static (load when stationary or stacked). Across our range these typically fall around 0.5–2 t dynamic and 1–6 t static depending on construction, with racking capacity stated separately only where the pallet is reinforced for beams. Yes. ISPM-15 heat-treatment and fumigation rules apply only to solid-wood packaging. Plastic pallets are made from HDPE or PP, carry no pest risk, and need no heat treatment, fumigation or IPPC stamp — which removes a common source of customs delay and paperwork on export shipments.

It depends on pallet height and whether the deck nests. Nestable export pallets ship in the hundreds per 40' HQ because they fold together; rigid stackable and rackable pallets ship fewer. A 40' high-cube offers about 76.3 m³ of usable volume; we estimate units from each product's CBM at roughly 85% stow efficiency, or use the supplier-stated figure where available.
