What are turnover boxes?

Turnover boxes are reusable stackable PP boxes that cycle goods and parts between workstations, sites or suppliers. They are designed for repeated handling — reinforced bottoms, ergonomic grips, and footprints that interlock on standard pallets.

Common in automotive parts, appliances and electronics for closed-loop internal transport. Buyers select by footprint, stacking load, and whether the box is solid-walled or grid-walled (vented).

Turnover Boxes — frequently asked

What is a turnover box used for?

Reusable, closed-loop transport of parts and goods between stations or sites — they replace one-way cardboard, are stackable when full, and many nest when empty to cut return freight.

Solid-walled or grid (vented) — which should I choose?

Solid walls protect small or dusty parts; grid (vented) walls are lighter, drain and ventilate, and suit produce or wash-down environments. Both stack; choose by your contents.

How many fit in a container?

A 40' high-cube container offers about 76.3 m³ of usable volume; we estimate units per container from each product's CBM at roughly 85% stow efficiency, or use the supplier-stated figure where available.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order is typically one full container load (1 FCL); the exact per-product MOQ is confirmed when you apply for trade access.

Can I see wholesale pricing without an account?

Specifications, dimensions and CBM are public. Wholesale pricing and a landed CIF estimate unlock when you log in as an approved trade buyer.
