What are folding boxes?

Folding (collapsible) boxes are PP/HDPE containers that fold flat when empty and lock rigid when in use, so empty return freight and storage space drop dramatically. They range from small foldable crates to large collapsible bulk containers.

Chosen where empties must travel back or be stored — produce, returnable packaging and reverse logistics. A folded box can occupy a fraction of its erected volume, so far more ship per container when collapsed.

Folding Boxes — frequently asked

How much space do folding boxes save?

Most collapse to roughly a quarter to a third of their erected height, so many more empties ship or store per container than rigid boxes. Exact folded dimensions are on each product page.

Are folding crates strong enough to stack when full?

Yes — they lock rigid in use and are designed to stack when full, then fold flat once emptied. Stacking load is listed per model.

How many fit in a 40ft container when folded?

A 40' high-cube container offers about 76.3 m³ of usable volume; we estimate units per container from each product's CBM at roughly 85% stow efficiency, or use the supplier-stated figure where available.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order is typically one full container load (1 FCL); the exact per-product MOQ is confirmed when you apply for trade access.

Can I see wholesale pricing without an account?

Specifications, dimensions and CBM are public. Wholesale pricing and a landed CIF estimate unlock when you log in as an approved trade buyer.
